School Lunches
Information about school lunches, with a downloadable menu, can be found on the EATs website.
Currently school lunches cost £2.35 per day.
Children can choose from a hot dinner, a vegetarian hot dinner, a school packed lunch or a vegetarian packed lunch.
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free lunch under the universal infant free school meal scheme.
Free School Meals
Your child may be entitled to free school dinners if you receive:
- Income support.
- Income based Jobseeker’s Allowance.
- Employment support allowance (income related).
- Child Tax Credit, and you are not entitled to receive Working Tax Credit, and have an annual income (as assessed by H M Revenue & Customs) that does not exceed £16,190.
- The Guarantee Element of the State Pension Credit.
- Support under Part 6 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
Home Packed Lunches
Children are welcome to bring their own home packed lunches.
Please ensure that these do not contain nuts.
